Last Updated: September 2026

At Buture, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. We provide a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified below, beginning on the date you receive your product and subject to the terms and conditions of this Warranty Policy.

Please review this policy carefully to understand the warranty coverage, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and claim procedures.

Warranty Period

Standard Warranty

Unless otherwise specified for a particular product, Buture products purchased directly from the official Buture website are covered by a one (1)-year limited warranty.

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.

Extended Three-Year Warranty

Eligible products may qualify for a three (3)-year limited warranty if the warranty is registered within three (3) months of the purchase date.

To obtain the extended warranty, please complete the warranty registration within the required registration period.

Register Your Warranty: [Warranty Registration Link]

If the product is not registered within three (3) months of purchase, the standard one (1)-year limited warranty will apply.

Note: Warranty registration does not extend, limit, or otherwise affect any statutory consumer rights or remedies available under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Warranty Coverage and Eligible Products

This limited warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the official Buture website (www.ibuture.com).

Products purchased through third-party marketplaces or unauthorized sellers are not covered by Buture’s direct warranty service, including but not limited to:

  • Amazon;
  • AliExpress;
  • Walmart;
  • Other third-party marketplaces;
  • Unauthorized dealers, resellers, or websites.

Products purchased through these channels are subject to the warranty and after-sales policies of the original seller or purchasing platform.

Where appropriate, Buture may assist by communicating with the relevant seller or platform regarding a warranty request; however, Buture does not assume direct warranty obligations for products purchased through third-party sales channels.

Original Purchaser Requirement

This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and is non-transferable to subsequent owners or other users.

Accessories and Free Gifts

Unless expressly stated otherwise, accessories, separately purchased replacement parts, promotional items, free gifts, and other complimentary products are not covered by this limited warranty.

What the Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable warranty period, provided that the product is used, operated, and maintained in accordance with the applicable user manual and Buture’s instructions under normal operating conditions and in its intended environment.

If a covered defect occurs and the claim meets the requirements of this Warranty Policy, Buture may, at its discretion:

  • Refund the purchase price;
  • Repair the product or defective component; or
  • Replace the product or defective component with a new, refurbished, or equivalent product or component.

The applicable remedy will be determined based on the nature of the defect, product availability, and applicable warranty requirements.

Replacement Products

If Buture provides a replacement product during the warranty period, the replacement will be covered for the longer of:

  • The remaining term of the original warranty period; or
  • Ninety (90) days from the date the replacement product is received.

If the original model or component is no longer available, Buture may replace it with a product or component of equal or greater value and comparable functionality. Replacement products or components may differ in appearance or specifications where reasonably necessary, provided that they offer substantially equivalent functionality.
