I'm genuinely impressed with this handheld hoover. It's fantastic, really easy to use and lightweight, which makes a big difference for everyday cleaning. One of the main reasons this stood out for us is how practical it is. My wife has rheumatoid arthritis, so using heavier or bulky hoovers can be difficult, but this has been a game changer. It's comfortable to handle and the flexible hose is a brilliant feature as well. It makes jobs like hoovering the stairs so much easier and more efficient, no awkward angles or struggling to reach corners.

Great overall suction, including effectiveness against the baseboard, easy maneuverability, especially around chairs, wonderful attachments - includes crevice, stairs and vent/upholstery attachment, and has a good light to help see crumbs. I can't speak to the battery life just yet, but this one's a keeper!

It's easy to handle, can be parked upright (a selling point for me!), and gets under furniture and into corners easily. Emptying it is straightforward, without anything spilling everywhere. The light is awesome you can really see where you need to vacuum. It's a bit loud on the highest setting, but that's okay given the power. So far, I'm very, very satisfied and would buy it again.

The handling is great: The dust bin can be emptied quickly and hygienically, and the battery life is more than enough for the entire household. Another plus is the accessories, various attachments make it versatile, whether for the sofa, car, or hard-to-reach corners.

We love our new stick vacuum cleaner. Easy handling, and make cleaning a delightful chore. The bp20 is definitely lighter than the usual conventional bulky vacuum cleaners. The clear canister makes it easy to identify when to empty out and clean it. It is more economical as we don't have to buy vacuum bags. Like any other cordless appliances, we mount the charging station on the wall, and make sure we charge it after every use. So far the battery life is good.
