Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us at official@ibuture.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
How do I cancel my order

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the shipping address on your behalf. Please contact us as soon as possible and provide the correct address. Most orders are processed within 48 hours, so we recommend contacting us immediately if you notice an address error.
How do I update my shipping address?
Email official@ibuture.com with your order number and the correct shipping address. There is no need to make any changes yourself—we will update the address directly in our system if the order has not yet shipped. If the order has already shipped, we will do our best to work with the shipping carrier to request an address update, although changes cannot be guaranteed once the package is in transit.
I ordered the wrong item. What should I do?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. Depending on your situation, we may be able to exchange the product for an item of equal value, help you upgrade by paying the price difference, remove unwanted items from the order, or cancel the order and issue a refund so you can place a new order.If the order has already shipped, our customer service team will help you arrange a return or exchange according to our return policy.
How can I check my order status?

How long does shipping take?
Major products, including cordless vacuum cleaners and car jump starters, are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment. Replacement parts and accessories may require 10–20 business days for delivery, as some items are shipped directly from the original manufacturing facility. What's the shipping fee?
We offer fee shipping on all items. However, a small shipping surcharge may apply to certain remote areas, islands, or rural locations. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

If your package is lost, damaged, stolen, or experiences confirmed delivery issues covered by the protection provider, eligible claims may be reimbursed for the value of the covered items according to the provider's terms and conditions.
What should I do if my package shows "Delivered" but I haven't received it?
First, please:
• Check around your property and safe delivery locations
• Ask household members, building management, or neighbors if they accepted the package on your behalf
• Contact the local carrier for delivery details
If you purchased Shipping Protection and the package cannot be located after verification, you may be eligible to submit a claim for compensation.
What payment methods does Buture accept?
