How can I track my order?
You can track your order by entering your email address, order number, or tracking number (found in your order confirmation email). Once entered, you'll be able to view the latest delivery status.
When will I receive my order?
We process and ship all orders within 24 hours after purchase.
- Main products (vacuum cleaner&jump starter): usually arrive within 3-7 business days.
- Accessories: typically arrive within 10-20 business days.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Which courier will deliver my package?
The courier depends on your shipping country and product type:
- USA&Canada: USPS, UPS, FedEx
- UK: Royal Mail, Yodel, Hermes
- Europe: DHL, GLS
- Accessories: YunExpress, EQT, China Post
Some orders may be fulfilled by Amazon Logistics for faster delivery.
Why can't I find tracking information?
There are a few possible reasons:
- The parcel has been created but hasn't yet been picked up by the courier.
- You may have selected the wrong carrier when tracking (for vacuum batteries, please choose EQT, China).

What if the tracking shows “Delivered” but I didn't receive my package?
Please try the following steps first:
- Check around your home, mailbox, garage, or porch for a safe drop-off spot.
- Ask family members, neighbors, or your building reception if they accepted the parcel.
- Visit the courier's official website to view delivery proof or photo (if available).
