Provisional Shipping Policy: Additional Tariff on Accessories to the USA

 

Effective April 18, 2025, affected by the newly announced U.S. import tariff policy (Reciprocal Tariff), Buture will temporarily charge the customs fee on all orders containing accessories such as batteries, HEPA filters, floor brushes, and dust cups. Please refer to items listed on the "Parts & Accessories" page:

Key Details:

1. Applicable to those customers whose shipping address is in America.
2. Effective Date: Orders placed on or after April 18th, 2025.
3. Surcharge Amount: an additional $5 USD on accessories per order.
4. Charging Method: The original zero shipping fee will be adjusted to reflect the import duties accordingly. 
5. Reason: To partially offset increased import duties introduced under the new U.S. trade policy.
6. Refund Policy: In the event of a return, the surcharge is non-refundable.

 

This adjustment is temporary and will be reviewed and updated according to future changes in U.S. tariff regulations. Can I Ship to a P.O. Box?

In most cases, shipping to P.O. boxes is not available.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped. If the order is canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel orders once the package has been shipped or is in transit. Once your cancellation request is processed, we will notify you via email.

Changing Delivery Address

Unfortunately, we cannot change shipment information once the product is en route.

Free Shipping

We offer free express shipping on our products. Please note that if the delivery address is in a remote location, you may incur additional shipping costs at standard market rates.

Incorrect Products

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please email us immediately with your order ID number and photos of the shipping label, the SKU model number on the back of the product box, and the product inside the box. Send all photos to official@ibuture.com.
