Buture Limited Product Warranty

We prioritize customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. Buture provides a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. Customers can register to extend the warranty to 3 years warranty. Register here.

Who is covered?

Buture’s limited warranty applies to purchases made from Buture Official Website. It extends only to the original consumer purchaser of the product and is not transferable to any subsequent owner of the product, regardless of whether the product transferred ownership during the specified term of the limited warranty. The original consumer purchaser must provide verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of the date of purchase to claim the Limited Warranty Benefits.

For any indirect purchases, meaning (i) any purchases not made directly from official site ibuture.com, or (ii) any third-party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, AliExpresst, Temu etc), or (iii) unverified online retailers (Snapbuy, Wish, BestBuy, etc), please refer to their warranty policy or contact them directly. We do not provide warranty service for indirect purchases.

What is covered?

Buture warrants that the product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase ("Limited Warranty Period"), provided the product was used in accordance with its use and care instructions (e.g. in the intended environment and under normal circumstances).

During the Limited Warranty Period and subject to this Limited Warranty Policy, Buture will, in its sole and exclusive discretion, either:

  • (i) refund the purchase
  • (ii) repair any defects in material or workmanship
  • (iii) replace the product or/and damaged parts

In the event a replacement product is issued, the warranty coverage ends six months following the receipt date of the replacement unit or the remainder of the existing warranty, whichever is later. Buture reserves the right to offer replacement or refund during the warranty period.

What is not covered?

  1. Normal wear and tear of wearable parts, which require regular maintenance and/or replacement to ensure the proper functioning of your product, are not covered by this warranty, such as HEPA filters, roller brushes, floor brushes. These replacement parts are available for purchase at ibuture.com.
  2. Normal degradation or any damage caused by misuse of the battery, which requires optimal temperature storage and operation to ensure its proper functioning, is not covered by this warranty. Replacement batteries are available for purchase at ibuture.com.
  3. Physical damages due to misuse, abuse, or accidents owing to user’s mishandling (e.g., broken dust cups, cracked hoses, and disconnected cables) are not covered by this warranty.
  4. Damages caused by negligence, such as exposing the electrified devices like battery, main body, telescopic tube, and smart clamps to liquids, are not covered by this warranty.
  5. Defects caused by repair persons not authorized by Buture. These defects include damages caused in the process of shipping, altering, or repairing the Buture product (or any of its parts) when the repair is performed by a repair person not authorized by Buture.
  6. Any unit that has been tampered with or used for commercial purposes.
  7. Items received as gifts or as part of a promotional giveaway.

How to initiate a warranty claim?

  • Make sure your product is within the specified limited warranty period.
  • Make sure you have the order number or a proof-of-purchase.
  • Make sure you have your product. Do not dispose of your product before contacting us.
  • Contact Buture Customer Support via official@ibuture.com, sending the above information. Our after-sale team will offer the sole and exclusive remedy.

Changes to this policy

We may change the terms and availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.




Buture 30-Day Returns, Refunds Policy

Buture stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, hoping that each and every customer expectation is met and exceeded.

Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated, any purchase made directly from ibuture.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product for a full refund. Buture will refund the purchase price, but not provide a product exchange.

Return Conditions

All requests for returning must be claimed within 30 days and inform Buture Official Team timely via emails. Returns must include all accessories. Items must be intact and undamaged, placed in original packaging. Returns may be rejected if they do not meet these conditions.

Return Costs

Buyer Responsibility: If the return is due to non-quality related reasons, such as personal preference changes, dissatisfaction, or the wrong items ordered, the buyer shall be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Buture Responsibility: If the return is due to a proven defect, Buture will cover the return shipping costs. When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Buture, Buture takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at official@ibuture.com. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Ship the Product: Pack the product securely and ship it to the designated address provided by the customer service team.
  3. Send Return Information to Buture: Provide the tracking number and logistics company name once sending the return. (Buyer Responsibility)
  4. Refund Pending: Refunds on authorized returns will be processed within 30 days of Buture’s receipt of the returned item. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Exceptions

Any returned item that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return. Returned items that show malicious and/or intentional physical damage are not covered under this policy. Please be sure to keep your copy of the proof of delivery. If Buture is unable to verify its receipt of the returned item, Buture will not be liable for any repair, replacement, or refund on the returned item.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

Products must be unused and in original condition, with all labels and protective stickers intact.

2. Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be issued for products that show signs of use, are missing accessories, or are not returned in their original condition.

3. Unauthorized Returns:

Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process) are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Damage in Transit:

For non-quality related warranty claims, Buture does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit. The buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit for non-quality related returns.

Additional Information

1. Campaign Period Purchases:

If you purchase products during a campaign period and wish to exchange them, place a new order within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive the same promotional benefits. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
