60-Day Price Match Guarantee

Buture offers a 60-Day Price Match Guarantee on eligible products purchased directly from the official Buture website (www.ibuture.com).

If you find the same Buture product at a lower qualifying price from an eligible retailer or shopping platform within 60 calendar days of your order date, you may submit a price match request to our Customer Support Team. If the request meets all requirements and the lower price is verified, we will refund the eligible price difference to your original payment method.

How the Price Match Guarantee Works

Our Price Match Guarantee applies for 60 calendar days from the date your order is placed.

The competing product must be the same Buture product, with the same model, specifications, configuration, and included accessories, and must be publicly available for purchase at the lower price when we verify your request.

The lower price must be a genuine, currently available selling price and must meet all requirements set out in this policy.

Our Customer Support Team will normally complete verification within 24 hours after receiving sufficient information.

If approved, the eligible price difference will be refunded to the original payment method within 1–3 business days. 

We will confirm the approved adjustment amount and refund details with you.

What You Need to Provide

To help us process your request efficiently, please provide:

• Your Buture order number;
• A clear screenshot showing the competing product, advertised price, and relevant product information;
• A valid and accessible link to the competing product page;
• Any other information reasonably required to verify that the offer is for the same product.

The screenshot should clearly show the product and its advertised selling price. We may also access the provided link to verify the price, product availability, shipping costs, and other relevant details.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a price adjustment, all of the following conditions must be met:

60-Day Submission Period

The request must be submitted within 60 calendar days from the date the Buture order was placed. Requests submitted after this period are not eligible.

Same Product and Model

The competing product must be the same Buture product with the same model number, specifications, configuration, and included accessories as the product purchased from Buture.

Same Product Condition

The competing product must be new and in the same condition as the product purchased from Buture. Used, refurbished, open-box, damaged, or clearance-condition products are not eligible for comparison.

Eligible Retailer or Platform

The lower price must be offered by a legitimate, publicly accessible retailer or shopping platform authorized to sell the applicable product. Prices from individual sellers, unauthorized sellers, private listings, auction listings, or sellers whose legitimacy cannot be reasonably verified may not qualify.

Currently Available Price

The competing price must be publicly available and purchasable at the time of verification. Prices available only through private offers, personalized promotions, invitation-only offers, expired listings, or unavailable product pages do not qualify.

Comparable Total Price

The price adjustment will be calculated based on the actual amount paid for the Buture order and the verified total comparable cost of the competing product, including applicable mandatory charges such as shipping and taxes.

If no price difference remains after all applicable costs are considered, no price adjustment will be issued.

How to Submit a Price Match Request

Step 1: Prepare Your Information

Have your Buture order number, a clear screenshot of the lower price, and the valid competing product page link ready.

Step 2: Contact Buture Customer Support

Submit your price match request through our online customer service form and provide all required information.

Step 3: Verification

Our Customer Support Team will verify the competing product, price, availability, and applicable eligibility requirements. Verification will normally be completed within 48 hours after sufficient information is received.

Step 4: Refund

If your request is approved, we will calculate the eligible price difference and process the refund to your original payment method within 1–3 business days. Our Customer Support Team will confirm the result and refund details with you.

Exclusions

The following prices and circumstances are generally not eligible under this Price Match Guarantee:

• Limited-time, flash-sale, or other time-sensitive promotional prices;
• Prices available only through private, personalized, or invitation-only offers;
• Clearance, liquidation, inventory-clearance, or discontinued-product prices;
• Prices for used, refurbished, open-box, damaged, or otherwise non-new products;
• Prices from unauthorized sellers or sellers whose legitimacy cannot be verified;
• Prices that include additional products, services, gifts, or benefits not included with the Buture purchase;
• Employee, wholesale, commercial, enterprise, or other special contractual pricing;
• Price differences resulting from different shipping regions, delivery conditions, or other non-comparable circumstances;
• Purchases not made directly through the official Buture website; and
• Any other offer that cannot be reasonably compared with the original Buture purchase.

Buture reserves the right to determine whether a competing offer meets the requirements of this policy based on the information available at the time of verification.
