1. Confirm the Running Time
It's normal for the vacuum cleaner to perform as described below at 3 different suction modes.
· Minimum Suction ≥ 15min
· Medium Suction ≥ 25min
· Maximum Suction ≥ 40min

1) For long-term use with slight draining, it is normal for the battery to decay.

1) Check if the floor brush bending hose is damaged. If so, contact official@ibuture.com and ask for arrangements to replace the floor brush;
2) Check if there is a large gap between the floor brush and the telescopic tube, and between the telescopic tube and the main port. If so, reinstall them;
3) Check if the bottom cover of the dust cup is damaged or the sealing ring is lifted and out of place, etc. If so, contact official@ibuture.com and ask for arrangements to replace the dust cup;
 
2. If the above mentioned parts are fine, confirm if the vacuum cleaner is air leakage or not:
1) Confirm if there is obvious stuff blocking the floor brush bending tube;
2) Confirm if there is obvious stuff blocking the telescopic tube;
3) Confirm if there is foreign stuff entangled inside and outside the metal filter or there is serious dust accumulation, disassemble the metal filter and clean it;
4) Confirm if the HEPA filter is obviously dusty, if so, clean or replace it.
