How do I join Buture Membership?

You need to register a Buture account to become one of Buture members.
 If you do not have one, register now. 
If you already have an account on Buture official website, you can activate or login to your existing account.

If I have many Buture accounts, can I merge them into one?

If you register with different email addresses, the Buture ID will be different and can not be merged.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

How to redeem Buture points for benefits?

First, log in to your Buture account on our website.
Visit the Rewards Page: Go to the Buture Rewards Page.
Choose Your Reward: Browse the available options and select the reward you'd like to redeem.

How can I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points at checkout for discounts, free accessories, or Buture gift cards:
For Discount Coupons: Simply select the coupon during checkout, and the discount will be applied directly to your purchase.
For Gift Cards: First, use your points to "purchase" a gift card for free. Once you have the gift card, you can then use it as a payment method during your next checkout.

Can I cancel, return or exchange rewards redeemed with points?

Once the redemption is completed, it cannot be canceled. The rewards cannot be returned or exchanged. If the product arrives damaged, please contact customer service at official@ibuture.com within 7 days.

Do I need to pay shipping fees for redeemed products?

No, free shipping is available for redeemed products.
