Can I Ship to a P.O. Box?
No. Shipping to P.O. boxes is not available.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped. If the order is canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel orders once the package has been shipped or is in transit. Once your cancellation request is processed, we will notify you via email.
Changing Delivery Address

Incorrect Products

- Country Restriction: The warranty is valid only in the country of purchase. It becomes void if the product is taken outside the original country or shipped to another country directly from an authorized online purchase.
- Authorized Distributors and Retailers: For products purchased through Buture's authorized distributors and retailers (e.g., Walmart, Costco, BestBuy), quality-related warranty claims are handled by the respective distributor or retailer.
3. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Items that have expired their warranty period
- Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
- Free products
- Repairs through third parties
- Damage from external sources or misuse (e.g., falls, extreme temperatures, water, improper operation)
